1. Use of the service
urqrgen provides tools for generating QR codes, barcodes, downloadable assets, and dynamic redirect links. You may use the service for personal, business, informational, marketing, and operational purposes, provided your use is lawful and does not abuse the service.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for all data, URLs, messages, text, contact details, payment links, and other content that you encode, upload, submit, or distribute using the service.
You agree not to use urqrgen for illegal, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, infringing, or malicious purposes, including links to malware, phishing pages, scams, or prohibited content.
3. Static QR and barcode tools
Static QR codes and barcode tools are provided on an as-available basis. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before publishing, printing, or distributing generated assets.
Barcode readability depends on valid input, selected format, size, contrast, printer quality, material, and scanner compatibility. urqrgen does not guarantee that every barcode will scan in every environment.
4. Dynamic QR links
Dynamic QR functionality depends on account access, stored redirect data, and hosted redirect behavior. If you create dynamic QR codes, you are responsible for the destination URLs you assign and any updates you make later.
Free and paid plan limits may apply to the number of dynamic QR codes, analytics access, or related features.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, email access, OTP access, and any device or browser session used to sign in. You should not share verification codes or allow unauthorized users to manage your account.
6. Plans, pricing, and upgrades
Some features may be offered for free, while others may require a paid plan. Plan names, usage limits, feature access, pricing, billing intervals, and offer details may change over time.
Premium features may include increased dynamic QR limits, expanded analytics, longer history, and other account benefits depending on the active plan.
7. Payments
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate payment-related information and authorize the applicable charges. Access to paid features may depend on successful payment verification.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any billing disputes or payment issues should be raised promptly through the website contact channel.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, improve, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, quotas, pricing, integrations, exports, visual design, or account workflows.
9. Intellectual property
The urqrgen brand, website design, software, content structure, and related materials belong to urqrgen or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Using the service does not transfer ownership of the platform itself.
You retain responsibility for the content and destination data you provide through the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, urqrgen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from use of the service, including lost sales, lost traffic, misdirected scans, downtime, or issues caused by incorrect user input.
13. Termination or restriction
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if we believe there has been misuse, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, or a violation of these terms.
14. Updates to these terms
